Happy New Year!
Are you ready for a wonderful 2023?
This is the BEST time of year to take some time to think about your life, what makes you happy, and what you would like to see in your life in the future.
First, write down your Goals. Be as specific as you can.
  • Those few who actually take the time to write down goals & think about them on a regular basis are 90% more likely to achieve what they want.
Identify each area of your life where you would like to improve or expand:
  • Restoring Health, Increasing Fitness, Weight Loss
  • Personal growth and development
  • Relationships
  • Career development
  • Financial Success
  • Recreational / Hobbies / Travel
  • What else?
We tend to think just about the coming year but what about the bigger picture too? Write down your dreams and desires for 3-5 years and even longer!
  • Identify what is holding you back from going for your dream, whether or not you can see a solution for that yet.
  • Identify potential allies and resources to help you stick to your intention!
  • Learn about EFT Tapping with Dr. Helene Pulnik to release the energetic blocks that hang you up!
  •  THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP!
  • Finally, imagine vividly what you will feel, be, have, and do when you’ve achieved that desire! Intensify the feeling as if you were experiencing it now!
  • Do this daily or as often as you can. Re-read what you’ve written and FEEL it for a few minutes. It doesn’t take a lot of time!
