1 scoop of your favorite organic plant-based protein powder
1 cup strawberries
1/2 medium cucumber, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 small Roma tomato
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk or spring water
1 medium lime, juice only
2 cups ice (omit if using frozen strawberries)
Extra lime and strawberries for garnishing
1. Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
