We all love delicious Holiday foods and the warm feelings that come from sitting down to a holiday meal with friends, family and loved ones. But if you are one of the many people who suffers from food sensitivities, the holiday season may not be so great.
Gluten and dairy sensitivities are more common than you would think. When I was growing up, out holiday meals lasted for hours, with several courses for the main meal, then the desserts came out. Of course, I had a healthy serving of everything, but my digestive tract was not happy for days afterward.
