In this program, detox is not meant to be extreme. Instead, a cleaner pattern is used so your body can be supported by food choices that are easy to repeat. Whole foods are emphasized, and ultra-processed foods are reduced.

Plenty of fruits and vegetables are included. Whole grains are included. Lean proteins are included. This approach aligns well with public nutrition guidance that emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and protein as the foundation of healthy eating.
