This is an opportunity to chat with Dr. Helene through a Zoom video session or by phone.  The 30 min. Discovery call is an opportunty learn more about Naturopathic Medicine and how she can help you reach your wellness goals. Dr. Helene  will have a few questions to ask you so she can get an idea of all the ways she may be able to improve your health. You will be able to schedule your New Patient Visit with Dr. Helene as well.
